Good day Dynamics friends,
I"m thinking about creating goals and charts for:
Appointments BY: Year, Salesperson(Owner), Territory, Site & BU.
So the salesmanagers wants to set goals for each of the above for e.g Business Unit, USA needs to perform 100 appointments this year.
Should i use the goal entity and add a relationsship between the other entities?
And when using the Chart, i tried using the in progress, actual och target on Appointments(count) by Owner but looked really bad..
Any idea how to achieve the above requirment in an excellent way?
