Batch was posted but still available in transactions and inquiry

Hi All,

We posted a batch in inventory module. Firstly it was posted successfully. But then when we checked the batches ((Inventory > Transactions > Batches), this was still sitting there as marked.

But we could see the corresponding transactions in Inquiry > Transactions. So if we delete this batch in (Inventory >> Transactions >> Batches) will it delete the posted transactions too? Any insights on this would be much appreciated.

Hello

I would suggest to check the WORK and HISTORY tables for Inventory to verify it correctly posted.

You will want to create a test company from a copy of your live data.

Then, in test, reset the batch and delete - verify your history transactions are still correct.

This may or may not work - if not, and the history transactions are all correct, you should be able to delete the WORK transactions via SQL

( again, you'll want to test this all out before doing anything in your live system )
