Appointment Scheduler in Dynamics 365 Sales

Hi,

I'm new to Dynamics 365 Sales and i'm wondering if the solution can handle the following requirement. As part of our business process flow we would like to book an appointment with all leads to provide them with a sample. The appointments are all booked by the same admin person, even though each lead is created by a separate salesperson. Each appointment must also be booked with a corresponding tech. So for each lead we have several people:

the salesperson that created the lead
the admin person that books the appointments
the tech booked for each appointment.

Essentially the admin person needs to go through all leads and book an appointment for each with a corresponding tech. They also need to have some sort of view to see if the tech is available or already booked for a certain date/time, almost like a visual appointment scheduler. Can Dynamics 365 sales handle this scenario? Or is there an add-on I should look at?
