Can someone please explain to me how to post payment slip ?

this is specific for the french localisation.
"The RIB key value allows the system to verify the validity of the bank account number. The value can range from 01 to 97. The program retrieves the key automatically from the customer or vendor bank account associated with the Bank Account No. when the RIB Key field is filled in."
