Troubles with Google Chrome

After the Unified Interface is update by Microsoft a customer of mine is experiencing a lot of troubles with google chrome. Most troubles are clicking on pop-up fields like advance filtering, and it's not loading. Als on go to record from standard dashboards, or some typical forms on an entity are not loading. If users switch to "Incognito" troubles are not there. Clearing Cache helps, but not for long.

Has anyone the same troubles? Does anyone have a sollution for this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hey!

Can you confirm customer is using the latest version of Chrome? as of december 2020, V87.0.4280 for Windows.  Also,it would be also important to know if this is working on any other browser as well.

Hey!  If using incognito mode/Clearing out cache works for a while, then this means that probably, some functionality might be loading stuff into the user profile (Cookies, JS).

Also, on docs.microsoft.com/.../about-unified-interface it's stated that there are some functionalities that are not yet provided:  Custom Styling, certain composite controls, etc.

Have you tested using some of the standard apps on the environment? Sales hub, Customer Service Hub, etc.

Perhaps your customer should open a Support case with Microsoft to investigate this issue.

This fixed the issue for me:  Allow pop-ups for your D365 domain by going to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security >  Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.  In the Allow section, add your Dynamics 365 URL -  yourdomainhere.crm.dynamics.com
