Regasm error on installing Ax2009 client

Get the following error when trying the above:

RegAsm : error RA0000 : Could not load file or assembly 'System.Design, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
 
 >>Install: During Setup of  an error occurred. Program run: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\regasm.exe.

Anyone got any ideas?

    Hai i  am not much idea about this,but i got some information about this error.so see the following link for error resolve

    Apparently, the reason is:

    Only the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile is installed on the workstation. This is an optional update that is now available through Windows Update (KB982670). If you only have this installed you will NOT be able to install the AX 2009 client.

    So the answer is to:

    1. Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile then install AX 2009 client. You may then re-apply KB982670 .

    Or

    2. Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 also then install AX 2009.

    just uninstalled Microsoft .Net Framework 4 Client profile and then install it will work.

    I tested at my end.
