    Hi Chandra,

    This error means there is column size mismatch between the channel db and the HQ db .

    You can use the below  script to try to figure out which fields were wrong , and you need to replace HQDBName and ChannelDBName with your DBs name

    select t1.table_name, t1.column_name, t1.character_maximum_length, t2.character_maximum_length

    from HQDBName.INFORMATION_SCHEMA.columns t1

    inner join ChannelDBName.INFORMATION_SCHEMA.columns t2

    on t1.table_name = t2.table_name

    and t1.column_name = t2.column_name

    and t1.character_maximum_length != t2.character_maximum_length order by TABLE_NAME

    This query finds all of the fields which are not matched between the AX database and the Channel Database. and once you figure out which fields that cause your issue you need to update the length of the column against channel db to match AX db .
