We recently upgraded D365 CE/FS Sandbox instance from 8.2 to 9.0. However, it appears that Field Service Mobile (Woodford) solution did not get upgraded. Also, when I try to access the Woodford solution within D365 using IE, I get an error below. Any insight on the steps to upgrade Field Service Mobile (Resco) solution would be appreciated.

Just to be clear I publish 9.1 but the Woodford version will be different as shown here.
One more thing I forgot to mention: This org was first copied from PROD (8.2) and then upgraded to 9.0.
Thank you for the information and the link. Yes, I have contacted both Resco Support and Microsoft Support. Our current Woodford version is 10.1 and not 9.1 as mentioned in the link you provided.
I vaguely recall having this before.
I would allow it to create them, just make sure you export your project as a backup when making any changes. I would also create an Instance backup before making the changes.

Have you raised a ticket with MS as well as that I have found Resco support will normally provide assistance even thoughj in the FS version it's really MS support that should be helping.
Version 10.3.1.0 (the one you are using) also prompts me to create custom entities.

I just did a quick install into one of my V9 FS Instances and published 9.1 with no issues.
What where the entities, did it have a list?
What version did you install?
I'm still using V10.3.1.0 for Field Service V8.2.

Opening the solution in Woodford desktop app prompts me to create some custom entities. So, I decided to not proceed since I don't know what they are. Note that we are live with 8.2 at this point.
Do yourself a favor and install the desktop App to configure Woodford due to issues with browser support for HTML 5 / Siverlight.
