I have several shared mailbox's successfully synchronised to my D365 environment, in that they are all set to sync All Mail and are doing so well. My issue is that when an email is sent to more that one mailbox each has it land in the Outlook app but only one will have the mail sync'd to D365, all the others will not have it appear in their D365 Queue. And even more annoying there seems to be no consistent mailbox that does the sync, Exchange seems to randomly select one to sync to D365 then leave the rest.
Is there something in the setup I'm missing or am I just not understanding how Exchange handles mail to multiple shared mailboxs and the sync to D365?
please help!
Thanks for your reply, been so busy with other projects only just coming back to this issue!
There are 4 shared mailboxes each synced to D365 with All Email coming into their corresponding queues.
When an email is sent to several of these mailboxes, only one of them has the email sync'd to D365, the others don't, despite it being in the Outlook mailbox of each.
Hi,
Where did you add those shared mailbox to, CC or To? And did you create any "Automatic Record create or update rule" linked to those queues?
