How to display all data on the grid?

I've added following fields on the Customer Service Workbench by going to AOT and dragging and dropping these fields on the design tab(grid) from the CustTable and SalesTable datasource.

-       Employee Responsible

-       Sales District

-       Invoice AccountA_5F00_Image.JPG

-       Note

-       Method of Payment

However, only the first line of data shows up and not all of them. Are there any method/code on form level that I can write so that all the data gets populated on the grid? I do understand that not all the customer accounts might have above data entered.

    Hi Lhamo Dolma,

This form looks custom. Are you sure that all records has data in these columns ?

Only thing I can think about is incorrect data source in grid properties.

    Hi Ievgen,

I just figured it out. I had to add a new datasource called CustTable & set it to innerjoin to main datasource since half of the fields that I added are on CustTable detail form. No data were showing b/c system couldn't recognize which datasource it was coming from therefore there was no fields on the data fields under properties. Thanks for your help :)

However, I did innerjoin and it worked but it could be wrong at the same time. Do you know what innerjoin might do in terms of how data are pulled in?

    Hi Lhamo Dolma,

The INNER JOIN keyword selects all rows from both tables as long as there is a match between the columns in both tables.

So if you don't have matching record you won't see anything.
