I don't believe I'm missing anything here but someone please let me know if I am.

The FA00200 table can get out of whack for who knows what reasons.

There is no routine or tool to clean up this table correct? It would all have to be manually done? Nothing like Check links or Reconcile exists for Fixed Assets?

Examples of issues in the FA00200 table (Asset Book).

- Cost Basis & Beginning Year Cost aren't consistently set to $0 for retired assets.

Hello Kyle,

You are correct in the above, when there is issues in the FA00200 there's not really an automatic way of repairing the damage and you either need to correct it manually or delete\ recreate the book.

If the values for cost basis are not set to 0 during retire, it usually means an interruption during the retirement and deleting\recreating the asset is needed.
