Hi all,
Our client is using Dynamics NAV2017 & set up the multi-companies & 2 languages (English & Korean) in NAV; however, when user post general journal, the error message is properly displaying in Korean at "A" company; but at "B" company, this same error message is displaying with "unknown message (ex., ???? document No. 1023, ?????, etc.)"
Any advice? appreciate in advance!

Have they the same language in user personalization?
yes, it is correct, this unknown error message is showing by same user & computer.....thanks!
Is the error message at company B is generated by the same user at the same computer that company A?
