Access to Dynamics 365 unavailable from certain IP Addresses

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone has had a similar experience and can point us in the right direction.
We have an integration platform that we use for communication to Dynamics 365.  About 3 weeks ago, we started getting a timeout error when it tried to connect.

Through troubleshooting, we found the issue to be that communication from the sending server could not reach Dynamics 365.  We ran various tests and found other senders could still access our Dynamics 365 instance, and that the failing sender could access other Dynamics 365 instances.

Because of this, we think there may be an IP restriction somewhere in Dynamics or Azure that is blocking access attempts from the one particular server, which is impacting our integrations.
We've had a look at the conditional access policies in Azure, but haven't seen anything to cause issues in there.
Is there anywhere in Dynamics 365 I should be looking for a blocked IP address list?

Thanks
Luke

Dynamics 365 itself doesn’t have a built-in IP block list for incoming connections, but your issue could be caused by:
    • Azure AD Conditional Access policies (double-check for any IP restrictions or named locations).
    • Azure Firewall or Network Security Groups (NSGs) if your environment uses Azure resources protecting Dynamics.
    • Azure Front Door or Application Gateway WAF rules blocking certain IPs.
    • Third-party security or proxy solutions between the sender and Dynamics.
    • Dataverse Environment Settings: no direct IP block, but check any custom plugins or policies that might reject requests.

    Next steps:
    • Ask your Azure AD admin to review Conditional Access policies again, including Named Locations.
    • Check your Azure network/firewall logs if applicable.
    • Review Dynamics 365 Azure App Service Access Restrictions if using custom deployments.
    • Contact Microsoft Support to check if any platform-level restrictions apply to your tenant.
