Hi does anyone know what is the use for "Purpose of entertainment expenses"?

You did not provide much information / screenprints / etc
Based on what you write, it sounds as if you have to provide a reason code, a text or a description why some entertainment expenses were made.
This might be the result of a policy that has been setup in your environment.
Yet, without having more information from your side it is difficult to identify what you are looking out for exactly.
Would be great if you could elaborate.

Hi Anetta,
This is old design we have in expense management for many years. You can predefine purposes for Entertainment category:
And later you can use this Purpose on expense report, but employees can also enter their own purpose:
And of course the Purpose field can be validated by Expense Policy.
P.S. You need to at first display the Purpose field on Expense report field setup ;)
