Collection letter automation creates duplikates

Hi community,

we setup collection letter automation for our customer´s test system, using customer pools. Now we saw, that in many cases, collection letters are being created twice.

It is not for all invoices and i didn´t found out, why. We use the customer pool only for one automation. And the automation is set up to daily.

The duplicates are being created on a same day.

did someone from you experienced it as well?

    When you run the collection letters, does the first collection letter gets a status cancelled? Or are both active?

    Both are in Active state

    Are you aware of any customization or ISV solution? If you are running fully standard, you can search on LCS issue search for known issues or contact Microsoft Support.

    We have some customizations in the system. But not above Collection letters yet. So this automation should be fully standard. Today, i want to take a look with a developer, if he sees something.

    i was thinking, maybe it could be Data issue, as it is happening in UAT system and we have there automatically created collection letters and manually created as well.

    We setup filtering on Customer pools and it doesn´t take the filtering properly. So there are more issues.

    My filter on Customer pools is as this. Because we do not have paym. method directly on customer as they can have different paym. meth. for every transaction.
