- Removing/deleting data sets is problematic once they’ve got through the unify process. It seems impossible to remove once you’ve got through the map, match, merge process. We get a ‘Cannot remove entity from the conflation plan because it’s used in a conflict resolution policy’. We’d like to be able to re-do things, without having to blow the whole environment away?
- Why do we have to go through the unify process before we can create relationships? Imagine the scenario where we have nicely formatted D365 data (i.e. a contact record, and then several entities hanging off it). We can get one data source and bring everything in. The system seems to want us to go through a unify map, match, merge process - but we don't need to right? It's already nicely linked to a customer, so there's no need to find any 'new' customers, as eveyrthing is already parent/child.
- How do we configure the customer card and home areas? Obviously we can add segments customer/business measures, but is that it?
- How can we view the customer and business measures that have multiple dimensions. Is it only through entities?
