"Variance is too High" - Sales and inventory forecasting

Hello,

I am trying to use the "Sales and Inventory forecast" extension to get sales forecasts. I have followed the instructions given in the Microsoft docs and other resources linked below

I have almost two years of data for a product, and most of the sale quantities are same. But, when I try to get sales forecasts, it just says - "Variance too High" whatsoever. I even tried setting variance limit to 100%, tried different models, tried all the possible combinations of all the available options, and the result is the same. Not sure what to do here. Any help is really appreciated.

BC Version - US Business Central 24.5 (Platform 24.0.25249.0 + Application 24.5.23489.23968)

Thank you for the resources. I have already gone through the links provided before I got started with setup. The problem is - It shows "Variance is too High" even though there is not much variance in the historical data, and even after allowing 100% variance in the settings before updating the setup.
