Please specify details of the plugin that you disabled, I am facing the same issue.

I figured it out, its a plugin issue only. Thanks.

For others: If you have attributes.contains code for null check - change it to getattributevalue; as my legacy code using that check behaves different for web vs UCI & threw this exception.

If you have the Prospect to Cash solution installed then I resolved by disabling one of the "P2C" Sdk Processing Message Steps.  If you don't have the P2C solution installed then not too sure, but worth checking out the plug-ins.

You got a solution for this? I am getting this error in UCI app form only - on save of account.

I would add that I've not added any code myself - so I'm thinking it must be an issue with permissions as some roles work and some don't.  Thanks for the URL, I'll take a look.

There are some possible reasons like:

You are not initializing service properly.

There may be some field that has null values.

you will get idea from below link:

Yes - tried various security roles, error doesn't occur with SysAdmin (obviously) but with Field Service role it does.

Are you also getting same error while debugging?

In the Console app - when I try to create a new Account click 'save' that's when the error occurs.

When are you getting this exception?

In plugin or web portal or Console app?
