I would like to change the title of a form . For example when I open the Item coverage form AX will automatically add the item number in the title as per screenshot below.

I need a static title instead of dynamics.

That's taken from title fields of the table (properties TitleField1 and TitleField2). You can also influence it with TitleDataSource property on form design.

Note that you should normally respecty UI patterns used across the whole system. Users are used to seeing this information in form titles.
