New environment remote assist box greyed out

I'm trying to set up a new environment for testing remote assist on my HoloLens2. We currently have a remote assist trial, which ends in 21 days. The problem is Remote Assist is greyed out.

Hi Castellaw,

In order to provision an environment for Remote Assist Trial, you need to use the "Trial (subscription-based)" environment type:

Trial license does not allow to install the product on Sandbox or Production environments.

And for completeness, please note that you can also use D365 Remote Assist on Hololens without Dataverse environment with the model-driven app installed, to make use of a subset of features, depending on your needs/scenarios.
D365 Remote Assist model-driven app is required for: Calls Dashboard, Asset Capture and One-Time calling
Other functionality (contact search, calling, joining meetings, holographic annotations, access to files in OneDrive and more) do not require access to Dataverse.
