These instructions do not reprint the DD Earnings Statements. We are looking to reprint these statements just as they would print during a normal pay run. We get the correct data but the layout is all wrong.

To reprint paystubs and earnings statements:

Open the Payroll Check Inquiry window.
(HR & Payroll >> Inquiry >> Payroll >> Check History)
Enter or select an employee ID.
Select a range of check numbers, check dates or audit trail codes.
Choose Redisplay to display the checks within the selected range that are available for viewing.
Mark the check box next to a paycheck transaction to include it when reprinting paystubs and direct deposit earnings statements. If specific transactions aren’t marked, all records listed in the scrolling window will be included.
Choose Recreate Paystub to print the selected documents.

I will put this in a suggestion for the next product release. This sounds like something that should have been put in decades ago.

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for using Microsoft Forums.

The Direct Deposit Earning Statement layout format is only printed during the actual check run.  If you need to reprint the information for a check/DD, you would do that through the Payroll Check Inquiry > Recreate Paystub button.  When the paystub prints, it prints the information on the Reprint Pay Statement form no matter if the original payment was a check or direct deposit. All of the information is on that form, but it does not print the same exact layout as the Direct Deposit Earning Statement.

If you need to have the exact same layout as the Direct Deposit Earnings Statement, you will need to do a modification or customization.

    I hope this information helps.
