Unable to create Trail / Production environment for Dynamic Talent 365

Hi Experts,

This is Anwar, from India. I need your help and expert adviceLCS_5F00_Talent-value-is-not-appearing.jpg.

We have recently purchase licence for Dynamic 365 Talent, but when i am logging into LCS and trying to create new project, in the Product Name drop down, only Microsoft Dynamics NAV value is appearing. Cannot able to see Talent.

How to proceed? how to configure a Demo environment or production environment?

    Hello,

    do you have licenses bought? you cannot provision if you did not buy at least 5 licenses for Dyn 365 for Talent.

    please paste here a screenshot of your licenses, if they are bought for that tennant

    That is not the bought license. It's just the trial one. (if it doesn't say Trial on it, you can see the large number of available licenses)

    that is the issue. Please buy the licenses and then use LCS.

    If you are a partner and you are entitled to Internal Use licenses, please check my blog and follow these steps:

    Hi Mr. Nicu,

    I have verified with my Infrastructure person (who manage the licenses), it seems he gave me trail credentials. we have to purchase the licenses, but good that you shared such a valuable information.

    Trail we already utilized 2 months back, now I cannot access the trail. Also, my infrastructure person is checking on the internal use licenses, thank you your blog helped a lot.

    Hi Anwarahmed, if you are having issues accessing the environment and the trial has expired, I would suggest creating a support ticket with Microsoft. It's likely they will extend your trial for instance if you have information or customizations that you need access to - it's worth trying as I have been able to do this myself previously for other trials although 2 months may be too late.
