We recently made a change in the Email Router configuration to use a different outgoing SMTP server, because CRM emails to certain web based accounts were not working with the old server.
We thought the change would fix the issue, but it didn't , so I changed back to the old setting for the outgoing SMTP in Email Router configuration.
Now, internal CRM emails are sometimes delayed, but more importantly CRM is not sending any emails to Outlook.
I made sure the old SMTP setting is correct.
The email router is running.
Anything else I should check, besides a reboot?
