Lead Scoring DFM

Hi,

My client's lead type accounts are included in the Accounts entity via the "Account type" custom field.
Is it possible to include the Account entity in lead scoring models instead of Lead entity?

    Hi,

    You can score related entities by entering a (".") and then typing the related entity. In this case I have selected the parentaccount that is used in the lead. Now I can simply select all the fields from that account and score accordingly.

    Hi,

    I'm wondering if you mean directly using Lead Scoring Models to score Accounts. If so, it cannot be achieved. For Lead Scoring Model a criterion for evaluating leads and when a lead's score passes this threshold, it gets marked as sales ready, which can trigger other events within Dynamics 365.

    Here is the field – Sales ready.

    The same scoring operation for other entities is not supported for now. If it is essential, you can post it to Ideas forum.
