Hide "some" opportunities for Business Unit, how?

Hello,

The scenario is that a client has 4 Business Units.
In general, all opportunities should be visible for all users in all four Business Units.
However, they want to be able to /mark/ some opportunities so that these are visible in views etc only for the /current/ Business Unit (I guess they mean the Business Unit of the user who created the Opportunity)

Is there a /good practice/ way to achieve this?
