Hi All,

workflow approval email showing"The document has been already approved" message but the PO is in review status. This issue is occuring for speciifc users only.

Please advice how to resolve this issue.

Hi Akbar,

Due to missing validations for some workflows, it is possible to submit a workflow twice for the same document. For some processes there is a hotfix available om LCS issue search.

How to submit twice? If you click on Submit, you will get a dialog. Initially ignore this one. Then click the submit button again. Now two dialogs are open. Then submit both...

Hi,

the same user can able to approve the POs sometimes so there is no problem with User roles.

Is there any problem with Workflow?

this issue is occurring only through workflow emails.The user can able to approve from AX or EP .

Hi,

Do you see the same issue for this user in a different demo or test system?

Has the user already tried resetting the usage data?

If you compare the user that experiences the issue with another one, do you see a major difference?
