Hello,

Has anyone seen a working solution for integrating AX and ADP for payroll purposes? We need the integration for our customers in USA and Canada. We have customers with simple requirements - for example just import G/L transactions for the payroll tarnsactions generated by ADP. But we also have customers with more complex requirements - for example calculate wages in AX using the Shop Floor modules, them export the data to ADP, process the payroll in ADP and then import G/L transactions for the payroll back into AX.

I searched the MS Solution finder but couldn't find anything. Apparently there are some solutions for NAV and GP.

Did you find any integration solution. I'm looking for the same for a client of mine.. a Danish company with a US office.

Dear all,

Is this still the case? We are currently creating a standard interface between Dynamics AX 2012 and ADP US.

When there is enough response, we will do the same for Dynamics AX 2009.

Hi Thomas,

For AX2012 we are currently going live with 3 different payroll vendors at the same time.

ADP will follow later this year. In the US ADP has more than 30 payroll systems.

We are currently investigating which solution we can support as most common Payroll solution for the large companies.

For AX2009 we have a working interface to ADP for the variable mutations.

Is this OK for you so far?

Hi Thomas,

I was curious if you had begun or have already done the interfacing with ADP...??? Did you have to provide an Import File Structure for Ax 2012...We are currently beginning a conversion and our vendor has told me that Ax does not have an Import File Structure document and that we need to find out what formats ADP can produce so they can customize a solution.

If you have completed the ADP interface, How is it working out?

I appreciate any information you might be able to provide as we embark on the conversion process!
