Unable to Save Case due to OOB plugin

Hi,

While saving a record on the Case entity, getting an error of OOB plugins after saving the case. I have checked entitlements are also off.

Security Role has User-level write access for the case entity and If I changed the write access to BU level it is working, but due to security issues we can't provide BU-level write access.

    Hi Ankit,

    It is working fine with Admin Access. but we can not give more than User Level Access to the user

    Try with admin access once. if it working fine then there is some issue with user access then you need to update security role accordingly

    Hello Shoaib,

    It seems that the OOB plugin tries to update the record that the user or team with mentioned Id doesn't have privileges to.

    Do you have anything else in the error log for a better understanding of which privileges should be tuned to make it work?
