OneDrive Business Central integration configuration

Hello community, 
 
I'm trying to configure the integration between my Business Central prod environment and OneDirve for business. 
I've executed OndDrive Setup in Business Central.
 
The result was: OneDrive functions on action bar has appeared.
Unfortunately, when clicking Open in OneDrive an error occurs:
I've checked inside OneDrive and no Business Central folder was created.
 
Any suggestion to solve this issue?

    Search for OneDrive Setup and make sure the wizard is complete for integration.

    Sorry, after some tests, I can say that the setup inside Business Central succeded because, with another user of mine inside the same environment, the integration OneDrive-Business Central is working well.
     
    I assume then that there is a problem with user's permissions (on M365 or...).
    Where should I look for it?

    Hi, Is it that the user does not have a Microsoft 365 license? Or is the OneDrive feature not enabled for the user in the admin center?
