Hide Sandbox instance from non-admin

Many of our users have access to our CRM Online Sandbox environment for testing purposes. When the user selects CRM from the Office365 "waffle" they are redirected to a screen allowing them to select between PRODUCTION | SANDBOX, I would like to control this functionality so that users are redirected to the PRODUCTION environment automatically.

    Hi,

Just remove the user from the sandbox instance as suggested by Guido.

    Hi Luke,

Assign a security group (created in the O365 admin) to the sandbox instance. Any users who are not members of the security group will not see the instance.

You could also set up a link directly to the production instance url to bypass the instance picker.
