What is this "view/page/modal/screen" called and how do I find where to edit it?

When a user clicks on /Leads/ in the left navigation window, they get a list of Leads.  I figured out how to change the columns displayed there.  I was able to change it using /Views./

However, when I click on an actual Lead name itself, the page displayed does not show the information my Sales reps need.  It also has First Name and Last Name displayed twice.

Here's an image of the thing I want to edit.  What is this called?  How do I find the place where I can edit what is shown and what my users can modify on this?

    Hi,

    Regarding the three questions you asked, here are some solutions from our team.

    First, according to the image you provided, what you want to modify is a form called Main Form of Lead entity.

    You can find this Main Form through the following path
    Table -> Lead -> From -> Lead

    Secondly, if you want to modify this form, you need to click on the form and then move the column on the toggle panel to the right panel, just like the following picture

    In addition, you can also design the properties of each component of the Form, please refer to the official Microsoft documentation for details

    The link is as follows
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/create-and-edit-forms

    Third, if you want your users to edit this From, please make sure your users can access the administration interface of this environment. Also, your user's security role needs to have the relevant permissions, please refer to the following official Microsoft documentation, the link is as follows
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/database-security#environments-with-a-dataverse-database

    I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
