Purchase Invoice Header

This might be a silly question - but where do I find the purchase header? I have looked everywhere.. I know my colleagues are confused about it too.
 
Can someone point it out ? The path?

    Dear,
    Purchase Header is a table, you can't access it like you access a page.
    Solution 1:
    Go to a page called Configuration Package and open a new one called Purchase 
    then in the lines insert the table ID (38) then export the table to excel and observe the records
    Solution 2: 
    Purchase Orders page reads from purchase header table so you can enter this page and click alt+ctrl+f5 to inspect the table

    In Business Central, the Purchase Header refers to the top section of a Purchase Invoice or Purchase Order page. You can access it by searching "Purchase Invoices" in the Tell Me search bar, opening any invoice, and the header fields (like Vendor, Posting Date, Document No.) will appear at the top of the form — that's the Purchase Header.
