we actually have an issue when sending emails using customer journeys getting blocked emails with the error "Email is missing required fields".
We tested the email and the contacts for missing information in changing and deleting different dynamic values within the emails. We used a template that already worked fine while testing customer journeys. The contacts have all neccessary information published (last name, letter salutation) and the emails sometimes don't fail.This relates into changing one specific link within the email: The link to a customer voice survey used to guide contacts.
We use the standard linking to the survey, but the email sometimes fails to deliver. We tried different settings:
- self-created CV survey - email sent successfully
- send CV survey, created by other users & not shared with my user - email missing required fields (which makes sense)
- send CV survey, created by other users & shared with my user - email missing required fields sometimes, but not always
We tried to figure out what else to change within the CV settings, but we couldn't find anything else. All surveys were correctly set up and not yet closed for answers
Is there anything else we're missing?
