I need to add custom values to this dropdown, I don't need minutes or hours, i only want 1 - 16 days in this field however I cannot for the life of me work out how to change it without creating a custom field which brings about a whole host of errors if I try to remove the original, rightly so as it's connected to other areas but I can't think of an alternative option.

Please can someone tell me where this value is coming from and how I change it so I can just list 1-16 days?

I'm hoping it's really logical and I'm just being silly and tired

Thanks in advance,

Becky

The field is auto-populated based on the duration of the chosen incident type. However, to your goal of having specific values, this is a field of type duration, which means that it is a whole number of minutes. You cannot have a pre-set list of options for this field type. If you type in 16 days, that value will be stored in the DB minutes (16 days* 24 hours * 60 minutes = 23,040 minutes).

As a better way to understand this, type 23,040 into the field and you will see it convert.
