'Create Warehouse Receipt' Error

When I try to 'Create Warehouse Receipt' from Purchase order, the following message is seen first

Microsoft Dynamics NAV
---------------------------

1 Warehouse Receipt Header has been created.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

After clicking OK button, Warehouse Receipt window is opened

However next message is as follows

Microsoft Dynamics NAV
---------------------------

The record that you tried to open is not available. The page will close or show the next record.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

 

The thing is I cannot repeat the above process as the system shows that I have already created Warehouse Receipt; But I cannot see the Warehouse Receipts on Screen.

(I have set 'Require Receive' = Yes in all Locations.)

 

Why is this happening?

Anyone?

    I found same notification message "The record that you tried to open is not available. The page will close or show the next record." while creating new Customer, Bank Account, and so on.

    what I've try just open "Marketing Setup", play clicking my mouse and just close that page.

    and, Solved!

    Can you access the development environment?

    If so can you show us the onOpen trigger on the page. This issue might be because of a filter issue. Please check,

    When you create a warehouse receipt from the purchase order, it will open the warehouse receipt page after creating it, so i am thinking there may be some kind of customizations on the Warehouse Receipt (Page 5768) which may be causing you the above error.

    Please check the page properties if there is any filter applied or on the OnOpenPage if there is any filter.

    Did you add your Login Id and Location under Warehouse Employees?
