There may not be a specific user audit API, F&O includes comprehensive audit logging capabilities that track a variety of user activities and system events. For more information about audit tracking in FO, you can check out this blog:

Hello All

Do we have any APIs that gives us the same info as mentioned by everyone? Basically i am looking for an endpoint which I can hit to retrieve info regarding user audit activities, or any other activity or event related to a user.

Any other activity or event related to a user is way too generic. There can't ever be something guaranteed to provide any information that anyone can think of.

So you aren't in a position to design a solution. You need to go back to the requirement gathering phase and figure out what the business users want to achieve. Then you need analyze the requirements to understand what data you must obtain to be able to fulfill users' goals. Only then it'll be the time to look at where to get this data.
