An unknown failure has occurred when I'm trying to submit my form on my PowerApps Portal. Below I tried to describe the creation process of my form.
1. First of all, I created new form in PowerApps in existing entity
2. Then by using wizard I created Web page with my Entity Form
3. After that I have received a usual error in my CRM. I think it doesn't causes my "an unknown failure" but decided to mentioned it.
4. The next step - is creating menu. And set web roles for entity permissions in CRM

6. And the last step - trying to fill and submit my form. There are only 3 mandatory fields in it.
