I had completed the integration between Sales and Financials. Everything was working except now all of my Job Queues are gone or corrupt. I went to delete and start the integration again but that was not an option. How do I get all the job queues back so that the data will update through synchronization.
It worked. Thank you very much.
Hi GR8Dane,
Thank you for reaching out again.
In order to re-add the Job Queue Entries, which are needed for the synchronization between CRM and Financials, please follow these steps:
1. Search for and open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup page.
2. Click on the Actions tab in the ribbon, and then click on the Use Default Synchronization Setup button.
3. Answer Yes to the following prompt: "This will delete all existing integration table mappings and... ...Are you sure that you want to continue?"
4. Click OK on the following prompt: "The default setup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronization has completed successfully."
5. Verify that you now have all 11 of the expected Job Queue Entries which are associated with the synchronization.
I look forward to hearing how this goes for you.
Jennifer,
Can you assist?
Thanks
Jennifer,
Here at the screen shots. For the job queue, I go to restart them and they disappear. The other screens seem correct.
Hello,
Can you please send a screen shot of your Job Queues window so we can see what you are meaning by gone or corrupt? There was a change made that Job Queues will be set on hold when there is no processing that needs to be done, so they won't be always running.
Please send the following with your next response:
1. In the CRM Connection Setup window click Sycnh Job Queue Entries and send me a screen shot of this window.
2. Back in the CRM Connection Setup window click Integration Table Mappings and send me a screen shot of this window.
3. In the CRM Connection Setup window check to see if the User Name listed in that window is the same user that is processing in CRM, please let me know what you find.
Regards,
Jennifer Reinhardt
