Above screen shot I taken from order product Grid and you can see alignment of grid data is not proper and below with same column.
Product description column data you can see in site column. I am using crm 2015 on-premises.
Please suggest me how to fix this. Thanks.
Hi Jignesh,
You cannot adjust the alignment of the column in the subgrid view. Instead, you can change the position of the “Site” or “Description” column or resize the width of the column in the view to see the proper data.
For adjusting the width of the column, please refer to the below screenshot:

Hi Roohi, Thanks for reply.
I tried same solution but it's not working in my case. This issue happens in "Project Associated view" and "Quote Project Associated view".
In this particular view we have a icon(as attached image below) so due to this we have a extra column and due to this every thing messed up.
I don't know from where we can remove above icon/image or how to fix this ui issue.
