Dynamics 365 Insights - Journeys, New installation, Analytics: "Something went wrong"

Newly installed Dynamics 365 Insights - Journeys and when we click Analytics we just get the following; 
/Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again, if issue persist please contact Microsoft support/

    This seems to be problem with the newly installed D365 Customer Insights app, and probably because of the merging Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights happened back in 1st September 2023 when Even I have experienced as below:
     
    I would suggest as this seems to be Power BI dashboard you can wait for 1 day or so because in the old environment where Marketing app was installed already this is working as below:
     
    Still if you are getting the same error then I would recommend to raise the ticket to Microsoft.

    Hi Partner,
    All users meet same error?
    Have you tried to use other browsers or clear cache to test again?
    Try to check version and update to newest version:
    You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
    Or as the error suggests, follow the steps below to create a support ticket for professional help.
