Opportunity Pipeline Phase reverts back to 1-Initial Need on Close as Won

Hello,

Opportunities are reverting to our first stage of the Pipeline when Closed as Won. This is for all users in the Unified Interface (v9/on prem). It does not happen in Classic Mode, but I hesitate to recommend sending 60 users to the Classic Mode for this. Has anyone seen this behavior and been able to resolve it? I have checked all of the BPFs and WFs.

Hello Ed,

Are you able to repro this issue on latest build of CRM v9 - 9.0.15.9 ? If CRM server is not on latest update, can you please update it and check behavior ? You can download it from here - www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Do you have custom code like plugins or JavaScript that run on the opportunity?
