How to create a custom record using Real-time marketing journey?

I have created one custom journey in Real-time journey and set that custom journey on contact update trigger.
here, how to create a custom/system entity record?

    if I understand correctly yout want to create a new record from within a customer journey in Realtime?
     
    You could create a new custom trigger and add this to the point of your customer journey where you want to create the new record. Then the trigger will start a PowerAutomate in the background that creates the record.
