Unable to connect PVA Bot to Dynamics 365 Ominchannel for Customer service

I am getting the below error when I try to connect from Power Virtual Agent to Omnichannel. Please help.

    Hi Lean,

    Thanks for your response. The Power Virtual Agent Bot I created was not approved by the Administrator. Once approved the Linking went ahead smoothly.
