internal customer account statement

Dear Experts

we face a problem that the internal account statement for customer report is showing zero opening balance for some customers, we face this issue before and install the hot fix 2940763 which solve the case,

but now the problem is that for some customers the obening balance is 0 where its not for others

AX 2012 R2 CU7

    Hi Rabea Khalil,

    With CU8 there was also a hotfix 3032028 released ("Wrong balances on the customer account Statement") have you also installed this one?

    Hello Rabea,

    Whether you shall install CU8 is a good question that I cannot answer completely as it depends on many other things such as the adjustments that have been implemented in your system, the time and resources you have available for re-testing your processes in CU8, etc.

    The risk is that the installation of this single additional hotfix does not fully fix all your problems and that you have to install additional hotfixes later on.

    In general it is better working on CU8 than on CU7 as many bugs - especially in the finance & accounting area - have been fixed with CU8. Yet, you need to discuss this with your team and decide what to do.
