Is there a expected date for the compatibility announcement from Microsoft for this subject, or is there a compatibility mode for Project Server 2013 to work as Project Server 2010 to be able to integrate with AX 2012 FPK and AX 2012 R2

Not for now. System Requirments for ax2012 as of today 9 August (July 2013) still lists as requirement Project Server 2010

Camilo, there is no date or plan to make the ax 2012 to be compatible with Project server 2013. AFAIK, there is no way to make Ax 2012 work with Project server 2013 by using the compatibility mode since Ax 2012 has the hard dependency on the project server 2010 binaries.
