Benefit Management - Life Event - Deactivate/cancell previous plan

Hi all,

I have benefit plans that use custom field eligibility (years of service) for worker enrollment. Let's say next month, a worker is eligible for new benefit plan. How can I automatically disable old plan and attach new plan to that worker? I tried with Life events type = New Benefit plan, then attached it to plan type and enrolled worker in plan. When I process life event change event nothing happened...

Can someone help me with this? I am clearly making some errors on this.
