"Unauthorized" error while printing AX reports

Hi Experts  , 

while printing Ax reports it is showing this error

i don't take any action wait some time then it is OK

this happens for all users and for standard and customized reports

Please any advise to solve this issue  .

    If you simply put something like AX SSRS Unauthorized to a search engine, you'll find suggestions what to do, such as (but not only) AX SSRS Error: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. Give it a try.

    Typically this is a Kerberos set up problem.

    If I understand this correctly its an intermittent problem for a user sometimes it runs sometimes it doesn't.

    Is this a scaled out environment or a singe SSRS database?

    Is the message coming from  the server or from the client?

    You might want to check out this post but you will probably need to use Google to translate which it does quite well in this case.
