Hi,
Is there a way to set up an email template for Alerts in D365. I can see only there are predefined email templated for record created, record changes etc., Can we add a subject for example to point the supplier account and body with custom text?

It is possible to setup business events and use Power Automate to compile an email message based on the alert trigger with your preferred body and text.

So does it means we cant add the placeholders on the alert subject and message?
