AX2009 Advanced Query 1:N Fields Missing

Posted on by 2,751

I have used the advanced query on the SaleTable form to link the SalesLines table to the SalesTable using 1:N.  When looking at the fields in SalesLine, not all of the table fields are visible.  Specifically, I am looking or RemainSalesFinancial.  What controls the whether fields are available using this query tool?

Thanks.  I used the wrong table, as you suspected.  I linked the SalesLines, not the Order Lines.  Now that I look, the SalesLines is a view that I made myself!

    Hi Lispyj,

What exact table did you link? When using the advanced query you will see table labels in stead of the technical names. Make sure the table Order lines is used. Then the field Invoice Remainder (RemainSalesFinancial) is normally visible. At least it does now in my environment.
