    Hi Mariette,

    > Email template:

Email template is only supported to use limited fonts, which is limitation of email itself.

(external URL will be blocked by major email service providers such as Gmail or Outlook due to security policy.)

Please take threads below as reference:

    > Marketing page:

You could upload your font file as a web file record of portal(file size should be under 5 MB), then copy absolute path to src property.

With setting in screenshots below, my font file can be accessed in such URL format: xxx.microsoftcrmportals.com/Fondamento

Or use a remote font file URL directly.

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hi Clofy,

can you maybe specify, how to integrate the custom-font then in the marketing page?

I have tried it in the marketing form, but it is not working:

    pastedimage1595253740142v1.png

Thanks a lot for your advice,

    Carolin

    Hi Caroline

I see you have no style declarations in your form but I see that you use it with quotes and without quotes, just be consistent in the declaration

    Try to use

    font-family: "Frutiger Next Light" !important;

Maybe a helpful solution is also the !important declaration because the form is embedded in separate marketing page or external marketing page?

    Hi Mariette,

Unfortunately it has also not worked, I'm a little bit frustrated already.

Has it worked for you already? Could you maybe post your code snipped here?

Thanks a lot for your help!
